Where we deliver, how long it takes, and what it costs.
How long it takes
Orders are dispatched on working days after payment clears. Delivery is typically 3 – 5 working days to the metros and 5 – 9 working days elsewhere in India. Made-to-order pieces take longer and the product page says how long.
What it costs
Delivery within India is free, and insured for the full value of the piece until it reaches you. If a minimum order value ever applies, it is shown at checkout before you pay.
How it travels
Every parcel is insured in transit and needs a signature. We do not leave jewellery with a neighbour or at the door. You get a tracking link when it is dispatched.
If it does not arrive
Tell us and we will trace it. If it is lost in transit, that is our problem and not yours — we replace the piece or refund you in full.
Outside India
We currently deliver within India only.
