The rules that apply when you buy from us or join as a brand partner.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by CaratMode Jewels, trading as CaratMode Jewels, registered at 336, Akshardham society, near Hathi manndir, katatgam, Surat, Gujarat, 395004, India. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean that company, and "you" means the person using this site.
Buying from us
Prices are shown in Indian rupees and include GST unless the page says otherwise. The total payable, and how it breaks down, is shown before you confirm an order. We accept UPI, credit and debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we confirm dispatch. If something is priced or described wrongly, we may decline the order and refund you in full — we will not quietly substitute a different piece.
Jewellery is photographed as accurately as we can manage, but screens vary and handmade pieces vary. Weights and stone sizes are within normal manufacturing tolerance.
If you join as a brand partner
Becoming a brand partner is free. We do not charge an entry fee, a subscription, a registration fee or a renewal fee, and nobody is required to buy anything in order to join or to stay.
A brand partner earns on the sale of goods — their own purchases and the purchases of the network they build. Earnings are not a salary, not a guarantee, and not a return on an investment. Please read the income disclaimer before you form any expectation of what you might earn.
As a brand partner you agree not to describe the opportunity in a way we have not published, not to promise anybody specific earnings, and not to claim our products do things they do not do. Doing any of those is grounds for us ending the relationship.
You may leave at any time. We may end the relationship if these terms or the plan rules are broken, and we will tell you why.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself. Anything done through your account is treated as done by you. Tell us straight away if you think somebody else has got in.
What we are responsible for
We are responsible for supplying goods that match their description and are of satisfactory quality, and for handling your data as set out in our privacy policy. Nothing in these terms takes away any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control, or for anything a brand partner says that we have not published ourselves.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, raise it with our grievance officer using the form on this site. You will get a ticket number, an acknowledgement within 48 working hours, and a resolution normally within 7 days.
Which law applies
Indian law applies, and the courts at Surat, Gujarat have jurisdiction.
